As a Sr. Enterprise Applications Administrator, you’ll lead the evolution of the Salesforce application by supporting cross-functional, high-impact initiatives across the organization. You should have a strong understanding of cloud-based business applications, experience working with CI/CD tools, and the ability to engage and lead in a broader admin team while delivering excellent work on multiple in-flight deliverables.

Your work leading these products will include the ability to develop new features on Salesforce.com, partner with internal teams to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver an amazing customer experience to a company that is growing at a fast pace. Your focus will go beyond the day-to-day support of user requests and platform management and reach into being proactive thought leaders in which tools we should leverage and how they should be stood up to support a scalable future. Collaborate with the right stakeholders to identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and development with cross-functional teams. You will manage and implement solutions, safely administer complex security/sharing of data, perform QA functions, build and maintain documentation needed by the business, and stay abreast of recent functionality updates from Salesforce. You will have an opportunity to work with a team that has evolving priorities, urgent and critical requests that need resolution, and a great appetite for knowledge and team work.
Qualifications:
Analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions to resolve business problems and introduce new business capabilities
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes
Quickly and independently learn new tools and practices
Ensure optimal platform performance and efficiency
Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity, including the ability to perform high-volume data migrations, conversions, and manipulations
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Effectively multitask and manage urgent interruptions with professionalism
Develop and maintain documentation
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to nurture connections across our internal customers to promote a good working relationships
Must Have:
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years Salesforce Administration experience
Expert knowledge of Salesforce Administration
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other cloud-based solutions
Ability to design and implement Salesforce integrations using connectors and APIs (Marketo, Conga, Salesloft, Zuora)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Working knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce metadata repository (GIT, Copado/AutoRabit)
Understanding of APEX triggers and classes
Nice to Have:
Experience working with remote and off-shore teams
AI capabilities/experience
Business Analyst experience
SCRUM/Agile experience
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $94,400.00 - $118,000.00
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
