As the Sr. Engineer (Tech Partners) for the Saviynt Technology Partner & Developer Ecosystem, you are responsible for driving technical enablement and collaboration with technology partners & developers to facilitate the development of integrations, connectors, and solutions that enhance the Saviynt Identity Cloud ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between the product, engineering, and partner teams, ensuring seamless technical support and guidance to foster successful partnerships.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Partner & Developer Collaboration: Act as the primary technical point of contact for technology partners, guiding them through the integration and enablement process. Build strong relationships with partners to align on technical goals and timelines. Serve as the go-to developer for the Saviynt developer community, inspiring and empowering them to create apps and tools that contribute to the opensource ecosystem.

App Development: Assist partners in developing and testing connectors and integrations for third-party applications. Provide hands-on technical support, including use case validation, architecture design, API usage, and troubleshooting. Build proof-of-concept apps, tools, and integrations with 3rd party apps, systems & Saviynt products

Enablement and Training: Create and deliver technical enablement resources, such as documentation, APIs, SDKs, and tutorials. Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to empower partners to use the Saviynt Identity Cloud effectively.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to align partner enablement efforts with overall product strategy. Provide feedback from partners & developers to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.

Program Support: Contribute to the development and refinement of Saviynt Exchange partner programs, ensuring scalability and effectiveness. Support GTM activities by preparing technical assets and ensuring partner integrations meet quality standards.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING

Mandatory hands-on developer experience with Saviynt Identity Cloud, Okta, Oracle Identity Manager, or any Identity / Access Management products (IGA, PAM, External ID, AAG).
- Should have hands-on experiences with databases and programming languages including Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servelets, SQL.Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience as a senior software developer/engineer in the Identity Access Management (IAM) & Identity Governance Administration (IGA) space.

Excellent knowledge of developers tools, REST API, JSON, SDKs and other web & mobile standards
- Good hands-on experience with Code Repository tools and Java debugging tools.

Nice to have experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with the external developer community and with other teams across the organization.

Strong experience creating technical content, such as tutorials, blogs, documentation, and sample code
