The individual in this position will report directly to the technical lead of the advanced energy product. They will be tasked with the technical development of advanced energy products at Intuitive, focusing primarily on the electrical design of new generator systems for advanced devices and exploring innovative system concepts for new surgical robotics applications. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach, deep technical knowledge in relevant areas, and a proven track record of successful product development projects. They must thrive in a high-energy team setting and be able to make informed decisions under the typical time constraints and uncertainties of new product development.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
