Pendo is seeking a dynamic leader for our Global Value Consulting practice as part of the Revenue organization. You are passionate about engaging with customers, making them successful, supporting GTM leadership, building and leading customer-facing teams, and driving a company-wide culture of customer value. You are experienced in developing financial models to guide sales strategy. You flourish by helping your customers grow their businesses rapidly and responsibly. You are passionate about innovation and making your customers successful. You deeply believe that business decisions should be made using quantitative measures.
At Pendo, Global Value Consulting is a strategic team that drives business cases and justification for Fortune 500 companies to invest and partner with us. This leader will define the direction of this group, develop fundamental and return on investment models, and collaborate with Global executives to drive our shared vision. You will be a key advisor to C-level executives seeking your mentorship to drive their digital transformation initiatives. This will include designing a comprehensive strategy and executing cross-functional collaboration with other functions, enablement across the Sales / Customer Success lifecycle, organizing events focused on communicating the value of Pendo in and outside the organization, participating in the development of new offerings and roadmaps, and global value consulting operations around hiring and performance.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected national salary range for this role is $260K - $320K USD
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
