We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director, RU Development to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage the Radio development program in R&D
- Facilitate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Program Increments (PIs) in accordance with Agile methodologies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and delivery timelines.
- Mentor and guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the ARTs and across the organization.
- Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and impediments that may impact the successful delivery of program increments.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and measure the performance of Agile teams and ARTs, leveraging metrics and data to drive continuous improvement.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience with embedded\SOC systems that include FPGA, ARM
- Familiarity with Board schemes, SW/HW interfaces, FPGA interfaces, 3GPP and O-RAN protocols
- Knowledge of cellular communication technologies and software development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple ARTs and projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Agile tools and technologies, such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in a large enterprise or fast-paced environment.
