For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sr. Director of Product Management, remotely from the United States.
As Sr. Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring solutions align with market needs and client requirements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product features that drive customer satisfaction and business value. Your leadership will guide product managers as they plan, prioritize, and execute on key initiatives. This role also involves establishing product metrics, creating reporting structures, and ensuring the commercial success of product launches.
Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance on planning, delivering, and launching new product features.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer on annual product planning and investment strategies.
- Develop and monitor product metrics, providing quarterly reporting to leadership and the broader organization.
- Oversee new product introductions, working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful commercial launches.
- Support sales and client organizations in expanding the product footprint with both new and existing clients.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure readiness for product enhancements and new product introductions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience leading product teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmacy, health insurance, claims processing, and patient assistance programs is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in agile and scrum frameworks for product development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
