As 5G program manager your role is to lead directly and indirectly various R&D teams for end-to-end solutions. Starting from the first initiative, customer requirement, or product requests to the level of implementation and acknowledgment of customer satisfaction. Continuously monitor and improve the velocity, as well the quality of delivery teams. Facilitating the initiatives for next-generation product requirements and assisting in the evaluation of priority and ROI aspects of features. Acting as a focal point to the product line, field system engineers as well customer requests
What you’ll do:
- Technical lead of the 5G program by defining the strategic goals and building the path to achieve it.
- leading the 5G system architects team. prioritizing the activities and evaluating the quality of the specifications
- leading the 5G system integration for end-to-end system behavior qualification.
- Program management for engineering teams for the 5G vector in PW. In particular L1/L2/L3 (DU/CU) as well E2E system behavior
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-project activities.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
- Apply change, risk and resource management.
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors.
- Lead all aspects of system architecture of the 5G long term solution.
- Understand Performance Indicators used to evaluate the success of 5G product
- Working with Scram masters, Product owners, product line managers as well Project Managers
What you should have:
- Excellent communication skills
- 10+ years experience with SW development in Communication fields
- Experience with Communication, Cellular, LTE / NR
- Experienced with Agile methodology
- 5+ years of managerial experience (group management, managing managers)
- International team management
- Experience with product delivery
Education:

B.Sc BA in Computer Science/Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering

M.Sc in equal fields- Advantage
