Sr Digital Marketing Strategy Manager

Role: 

We are seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Manager who will connect the dots within our fast-paced Digital Marketing team. This role focuses on determining strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement. It also includes recommending initiatives from internal and external factors that minimize risks and formulate plans to achieve long-term goals. Assessing organizational performance and developing achievable goals by implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness.  
 
This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing analytics, strategy formulation, and end-to-end digital strategy across the different platforms within a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.

What You Get to Do in This Role: 

  • Develop and share comprehensive analytical insights and recommendations for digital marketing programs, content and campaign strategies, and organization-wide performance key metrics. 

  • Maintain continuous alignment with key stakeholders, including program sponsors and business leaders, through proactive and effective communication. 

  • Adeptly manage adjustments in program scopes and schedules and spearhead the evaluation of their impacts on broader strategic initiatives. 

  • Develop and oversee the end-to-end Digital's reporting templates and methodologies, including quarterly business reports and reporting for strategic initiatives. 

  • Proactively identify emerging gaps in skills and process capabilities, devising strategies to enhance long-term business sustainability and growth. 

  • Constantly being curious about the impact of designed programs and how to measure the results and impact.  

Qualifications: 

  • 10+ years in roles encompassing strategic program management, or strategic consulting within rapidly growing sectors. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field required (marketing, international business, business administration) or equivalent in hands on experience. 

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.  

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.  

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, user experience, web content experiences, and email campaigns. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is also beneficial. 

  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing multi-platform data insights to drive strategic decisions. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is essential. 

  • End-to-end Digital Strategy: Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies. This includes optimizing user experience, conversion rate optimization, and understanding customer behavior. Particularly within B2B enterprise SaaS environments or technology & marketing consulting.  

  • Business Acumen: Ability to align digital strategies with overall business goals. Understanding revenue models, profit margins, and market dynamics is crucial. 

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and lead digital marketing initiatives. 

  • Innovation and Adaptability: Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior shifts. Being adaptable to changes in the digital landscape.

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $129,000 - $225,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
