We’re looking for a Designer with experience and passion for digital performance creative that will help drive growth for our business. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with a Writer and channel experts to develop acquisition focused creative (banner ads, social media ads, landing pages, etc) that will be activated in programmatic display, paid social, YouTube and paid search. You will also partner with our marketers and channel owners to become ingrained in all aspects of our business, customer journey and key performance metrics. Once campaigns are launched, the Designer and Writer team will work with cross-functional teams to assess performance and then continually optimize all aspects of the creative including visuals, headlines, copy, design, CTA’s, etc. An ideal candidate has a passion for creativity, design, UI, UX and the latest AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from concepting through execution and optimization.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
- Deliver best-in-class brand/digital/interface design.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to assess campaign performance and then continually optimize all aspects of the creative including visuals, headlines, copy, design, etc.
- Proactively recommend new ideas and tests based on performance.
- Scale creative by partnering to enhance process and leverage AI.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital performance creative
- A portfolio demonstrating digital acquisition design expertise
- Experience wo4rking within social media, paid search and landing pages
- Understanding of UI and UX in all digital channels
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills
- Experience with all Adobe CC software and Figma
- 5-8 years of related experience
Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $104,300-139,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
