We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a fully remote team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and Active Secret Security Clearance to develop and deploy innovative solutions, collaborate with diverse team members, and drive impactful results.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying advanced technology solutions, leveraging your expertise in cloud platforms and data systems. You will work closely with diverse teams to build scalable and high-performance data solutions, drive innovation, and ensure the seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance; or higher
  • Well versed with software development and deployment best practices
  • Experience with Vantage
  • Strong experience with ETL development, data modeling, data warehousing, MySQL, and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Proven ability in building high-performance and scalable data solutions using Azure, or similar cloud platforms
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work on a team as well as independently (be self-reliant and resourceful)
  • Excellent organization skills and able to multi-task and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be able to write clear and concise emails for any audience, etc.)
  • Ability to look at solutions in unconventional ways and see opportunities to innovate
  • Excellent design, coding, testing, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, application domains, implement new knowledge, and adapt to changes
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop simple, elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player

Preferred Qualifications:       

  • Experience with Palantir Vantage Product Line
  • Experience with Python/PySpark

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $147,000 to $165,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
