Position Responsibilities:
• Serve as the central point of contact for the assigned territory to quote and close our longtail renewal business.
• Evaluate monthly and quarterly opportunities in Salesforce; ensure Salesforce is accurate and kept up to date; and provide accurate forecasts. Provide proactive notification of forecast changes.
• Edit automated service quotes and ensure serial numbers and in-process RMA’s are accurately reflected.
• Act as a liaison with all departments to close renewal deals quickly and ensure ease of doing business with Extreme
• On-going maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce service data within your assigned territory
• Self-motivated and goal oriented to meet and exceed quarterly quotas
