Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Customer Service/ Accounting Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and proficiency in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and software such as SAP, Sage, Oracle or Great Plains. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer interactions, accurate financial processing, and efficient operational support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Process and manage AP/AR transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Monitor overdue accounts and assist in collections efforts.
Prepare financial reports related to AP/AR activities as needed.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
Train junior staff members on customer service protocols, AP/AR processes, and Sage software usage.
