Senior Creative Strategist – Auto and Restaurants
We’re looking for someone to join our Global Brand & Creative Solutions team and help our Emerging advertisers create world-class creative on Pinterest. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of US Emerging Creative Strategy, the Senior Creative Strategist will be responsible for providing horizontal creative and brand strategy support for our Auto and Restaurants verticals. The role provides the unique opportunity to work within the travel industry and transform how those brands bring content to Pinterest. You’ll be a top-notch creative and strategic thinker eager to learn new skill sets and help brands create great advertising experiences for Pinners.
What you’ll do:
- Inspire partners by concepting and presenting ideas for what their brand could do on Pinterest and work with them and the Pinterest partnerships team to execute on those ideas
- Partner with sales teams to uncover industry-level challenges and account-specific opportunities to develop creative-driven solutions
- Work autonomously with cross functional teams like Sales, Measurement, Marketing and Insights to drive creative effectiveness for individual advertisers and within broad go-to-market programs
- Represent the Pinterest Creative Strategy team in workshops, thought leadership events and webinars
- Development of scaled programs and thought leadership for the broader Global Creative Strategy team
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with agency, platform or brand or transferable skills
- Candidates with a breadth and diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives
- Ability to concept creative ideas or executions, and deliver them from idea stage to proof of concept/execution
- Someone who can engage a room of senior-level brand and agency representatives and inspire action
- Someone with a skills-building mindset open to honing strategy or creative execution skills
- Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience supporting and ideating for retail media networks (RMNs)
- Someone who confidently clears their own roadblocks to drive a project to completion
- A passion for, and experience influencing, visually-led, business-driving creative work
- An entrepreneurial mindset that’s equally strong in ideation and execution

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 3-4 times per month and as needed, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: San Francisco, California, Los Angeles, California, or New York, New York.
