This role is part of our Personalized Creative team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalized, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behavior's, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Ancestry, Walmart, and more!

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for writing, editing, and shaping copy for CRM, in-app, and paid social marketing for one of the world’s largest ride sharing platforms. This role requires managing people and high-visibility projects and reports to the Copy Lead.  

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to produce editorially-minded marketing copy that showcases the brand voice and furthers their brand story. 

Day to day 

  • Edit and shape copy to ensure it meets client expectations and tone of voice guidelines
  • Produce copy that drives the brand narrative forward and meets briefs
  • Provide clear, effective feedback for copywriters in producing high-quality creative 
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand expression throughout all campaigns
  • Present creative ideas confidently both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to ensure all projects meet business objectives and appeal to the customer mindset 
  • Offer strategic messaging insights on all creative campaigns, with guidance from the Copy Lead and ACD

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years copywriting/editing experience
  • Knowledge of multi-channel digital copy and brand development
  • Expert knowledge of B2B Marketing principles
  • Strong grammatical understanding and editing skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Experience managing copywriters a plus 
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role with proven success
  • Channel expertise in CRM, onsite, and paid social
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate best practices in digital marketing
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Natural problem solver
  • Inquisitive nature to learn and understand how things work
