Sr. Controls Engineer

Player Design, Inc is seeking a Sr. Controls Engineer, to be based in their Portland, Maine office or remote in the Eastern US.
Requirements of the Sr. Controls Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, E.E.T., or Associate’s degree with prior design experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer, 7-10 years preferred.
- Strong PLC programming skills including PID Development, troubleshooting in Allen-Bradley systems
- Knowledge and experience regarding industrial processes, controls integration strategies, and Motor Control Center design
- Project management skills, including time management, project scheduling and cost tracking
- Computer proficiency with typical Windows programs and AutoCad
- Periodic travel is required to various sites.
- Travel to Portland, ME monthly (if not local)

- Pay in the range of: $120,000 - $150,000

Player Design, Inc. is a leader in solid fuel energy systems and industrial drying systems. In addition, it will involve development of engineering standards, project management, panel shop, and construction oversight.
