THE ROLE: As a Sr. Contracts Administrator, you are critical in managing the company's contractual processes with increased autonomy, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company standards. This advanced role demands robust contract lifecycle management, strategic collaboration across departments, and the implementation of risk-minimizing strategies. You are responsible for overseeing daily contractual activities, leading project managers and business development efforts, enhancing system efficiencies, and safeguarding MTI's compliance with reporting requirements Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the comprehensive management of MTI's contract lifecycle, including advanced negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all pertinent laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide expert support to internal stakeholders, delivering essential contract documentation and leading improvements in contract-related processes.
  • Manage and enhance contract databases and filing systems to ensure superior tracking and documentation efficiency.
  • Lead collaborations with finance, project management, and other departments to secure profitable contracts and propel company-wide strategic initiatives
  • Your Experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a contracts, procurement, or acquisition environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to oversee multiple contracts and complex tasks.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in database management and proficiency with contract management software.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement and innovation.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
