We are looking for a Business Operations Senior Associate to join our BizOps Flagship Experience team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights and strategic initiatives.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams within the Flagship organization, whose main objective is to create a global knowledge marketplace for professionals with equitable access to ideas, insights and inspirations to unlock a world of opportunity for all. You’ll have an opportunity to work across a broad range of Flagship pillars covering the Feed Experience and Relevance, Creator, and Search teams. You’ll be responsible for running the product performance management, defining product strategy (‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’ in the next 2+ years), as well as driving ideation and prioritization on what the team needs to do in quarterly and annual planning.
Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities
Act as an operational leader in actively managing forecasting and business performance
Track business performance trends, perform diagnostic and drive actionable resolutions, as well as proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Product, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Product Marketing, Finance, Business Development) to shape the future strategy for Flagship products
Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues
Manage financial/operational dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers
Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline, or relevant work experience
4+ years of work experience in a strategy related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills
Experience with SQL, Excel, data set manipulation and visualization, and presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company
Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.
Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
