Responsibilties:
At Whatfix, as a Sr. Business Analyst works closely with the Customer to ensure that digital adoption strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Here are the key responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to customers on Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) strategies.
Conduct in-depth analyses of customer needs to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop long-term DAP strategies aligned with their business goals.
Analyze and translate business needs into requirements for digital adoption solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital adoption solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the company's digital adoption strategy and client objectives.
Define Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital adoption initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Whatfix to identify and develop strategies that enhance customer value.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in digital adoption strategies and processes.
Demonstrate the value of investment in DAP solutions through metrics, case studies, and ROI analysis.
Create Centers of Excellence (COE) within customer organizations
