As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will…

Play a pivotal role in leading requirements-gathering and collaborating closely with project stakeholders. Your responsibilities include understanding the business issues and challenges of our clients' organizations, recommending effective solutions, and ensuring our teams meet expectations

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Participate and assist program management with the implementation of Adobe Workfront project solutions
  • Lead requirements gathering processes with clients and internal stakeholders, producing comprehensive documentation for product delivery
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, creating design specifications, user scenarios, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria
  • Support agile processes, ensuring timely project delivery by actively participating in feature backlog prioritization, user story, and task creation
  • Connect the dots between clients, Strategy, Creative & Technology, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to ensure alignment with business goals

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 5-7 years of experience in an advertising agency, software development, or consulting environment
  • 5-7 years of experience documenting requirements and product specifications for complex websites, intranets, and mobile applications
  • 5-7 years of experience using Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall Methodologies (flexibility in methodologies is preferred)
  • Hands on experience with Adobe Workfront for project management, including implementations and integrations
  • Ability to think critically, with strong analytical skills to recommend creative solutions to client's business challenges
  • Self-motivated, quick, and resourceful with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to excel in a collaborative work environment

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
