Position: Sr. Biz Marketing Specialist (CRM Channel Operations)

Coupang Taiwan is looking for an extra ordinary talent to join their marketing team to manage CRM Channel operations involving App pushes, SMS, email and Line OA

What will you do? 

  • Manage and Operate CRM Channels like App push, SMS, email and Line OA by planning and executing campaigns on internal campaign management tools
  • Work with different stake holders within and outside marketing to plan the CRM channel calendar effectively at a weekly and monthly level
  • Operate the campaign management tools like CCM, PMS, AP etc to set up and run campaigns on a daily basis
  • Rigorous tracking and analysis of performance to continuously optimize performance of the CRM channels
  • Run tests to find ways to improve performance in clicks, conversion through CRM channels
  • Work with creative - copy and design teams to build specific messaging campaigns on a daily basis
  • Partner with other teams ( OM, CRM customer growth, Analytics, Product ) to run, optimize campaigns and deliver strong performance for all CRM channels

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of operational experience in Merchandising or CRM channels for a digital business – E commerce, D2C brand, Digital channels of large businesses like FMCG etc
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform complex operational tasks
  • Ability to turn around things quickly and coordinate with multiple teams on tasks
  • Proficiency in dealing with and operating digital ops tools
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on E-commerce or B2C domain experience is strongly preferred.
  • Well versed in basic data management tools like SQL, high degree of comfort dealing with complex sets of data for analysis
