Under general supervision and Administrative direction, develops and institutes an annual forecast of operations and a reporting method to compare that forecast with actual performance timely enough for corrective action.

- Creates, maintains complex Access, SQL database driven reporting, utilizing various data tools including Lawson Crystal Reports, Enterprise Data Warehouse, ADS/Harris Cost Accounting System, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Develops, manages, acts as subject matter expert for data queries for ad-hoc and recurring complex financial and statistical reports. Recommends improvements to existing work processes and provides both high-level and detailed reports to management.
- Summarizes information, data, and recommendations, and prepares presentation materials. May present findings to management.
- Independently researches and resolves complex problems.
- Coordinates with other members of finance and management to review financial information.
- Shares knowledge, time, and expertise to assist other members of the team. Provides on-going training, guidance, and work direction to other team members.
- Designs and maintains Microsoft Power BI dashboards with both Decision Support SQL database (from Enterprise Data Warehouse and cost accounting system) and Finance (Lawson/Oracle) database.
- Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. Demonstrates exemplary customer service to a range of internal finance and external clinical and operations professionals and other stakeholders.
