Sr. Analyst, Performance
The Senior Analyst on Strive’s Performance Team will work cross-functionally to support clinical, operations, central, and executive teams in establishing and tracking performance against key organizational priorities. This role will work on projects that range from in-depth analytics to customer-facing deliverables, and executive level presentations. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative. They should be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect of identifying opportunities and designing solutions to advance the business. This role will report to the Senior Director of Operations.
Essential Functions
· Build subject matter expertise in key reporting tools and data sources that inform Strive’s performance metrics.
· Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly to Strive’s leaders, identifying areas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
· Deliver visibility to company-wide and regional performance results through clean, intuitive reporting.
· Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities.
· Be a trusted partner to and collaborate with Strive’s operations, analytics, finance, technology, and clinical teams.
· Lead and support cross-functional efforts dedicated to execution against Strive’s key clinical and operational priorities.
· Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise and regional performance metrics.
· Create presentations and provide analytical support for internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields.
· 2+ years of relevant experience
· 1+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Finance functions
· 1+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above
· 2+ years of experience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives
· Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms
· Occasional business travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications
· Strong executive presence
· Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need.
· Experience working in the US healthcare system is preferred.
Annual Salary Range: $86,000 - $104,000
