What’s the role?
AiDash is seeking a talented and data-driven Associate/Senior Associate to join our global Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and improving systems for data collection and creating reporting workflows. Your work will involve developing insightful reports and dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making, thereby contributing to the improvement of our Net Promoter Score (NPS). You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
What will you do?
- Define and improve systems for data collection and create reporting workflows.
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to customer success leaders and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users across the customer success organization (e.g., customer success managers, customer success leaders) to understand their data and reporting needs, translating them into actionable reports.
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes and data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Present reports and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Maintain and ensure data security and integrity.
What are we looking for?
· Bachelor's degree in business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred
· Minimum4+ years of experience in analytics and reporting
· High ownership, with ability to work independently in a fast-pace business environment.
· Analytical mind, with strong problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in data visualization / dashboarding tools like SAS / Tableau/ PowerBI (Power BI would be preferred)
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
