The AI and Automation Specialist team is seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who are looking to re-define how the world does work with the latest in AI solutions. We partner with customers to co-create solutions and expand ServiceNow’s presence in the market of Intelligent Automation and Generative AI. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you would be part of our Americas team with a focus on supporting US Federal Government customers towards their mission by helping them change how they work using AI and automation solutions from ServiceNow.

Drive Sales
Partner with the sales team to support, drive, and close AI opportunities.
Provide demonstrations of ServiceNow’s AI-powered solutions, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, on-site and via virtual meetings.
Scope and deliver proofs-of-concept/value engagements with prospects.
Be a Force Multiplier
Work with the sales and marketing leadership to build sales assets that will drive the ServiceNow AI pipeline in our customer base and scale the impact of the team.
Conduct enablement sessions for field Solution Consultants and Account teams to enhance their understanding and use cases of ServiceNow AI products.
Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow AI solutions, industry trends, and advancements in AI internally and externally (user conferences, trade shows, webinars, sales enablement sessions, peer-to-peer sharing, etc)
Provide Subject Matter Expertise
Influence the roadmap for how ServiceNow AI and Automation solutions address challenging business problems.
Help shape the go-to-market strategy and be the "tip of the spear” for how to sell the newest ServiceNow Generative AI solutions to our customers.
Address business and technical problems using our suite of AI products, including considerations of key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, and security.
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches to solving customer problems using AI.
The ideal candidate is someone who has:
10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, technology consulting, or other direct customer-facing experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, SaaS integrations, enterprise automation tools (iPaaS - Integration platform as a service, API Management, RPA - Robotic Process Automation)
3+ years of technical experience with deep learning or machine learning models including Foundation models, Large Language Models (LLMs), classification models, predictive models, etc
Understanding of agency mission and prior experience of selling to an agency's mission.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
US citizenship
Understanding of AI fairness, privacy, governance, safety, and security best practices
Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and the business drivers for using AI and Automation technologies.
Strong presentation strength in articulating and logically communicating AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Understanding of applied AI concepts such as RAG, prompt engineering, and MLOps
Experience with on-premises and cloud-based enterprise application deployment architectures including container-based approaches using Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as Python, Javascript, Jupyter notebooks, Nvidia NeMo and NIM, hyperscaler AI platforms, MLOps, data platforms, etc
Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
Ability to travel up to 50% of the work week to support technical sales activities.
For positions in the District of Columbia, we offer a base pay of $165,825 to $273,675 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
