We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the IT or ITES industry. This role requires proficiency in MS D365 or other ERP systems, as well as a solid understanding of US GAAP. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, while ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and supporting audits.
What you’ll do:

Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closing: Lead and manage closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation: Manage and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are accurately reported.

MS D365 or ERP System Management: Utilize MS D365 or other ERP systems to manage accounting functions, including posting entries, generating reports, and analyzing data.

Financial Data Review and Analysis: Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Knowledge of US GAAP: Ensure that all accounting processes adhere to US GAAP regulations.

International Financial Knowledge: Manage accounting activities for different international regions, staying up-to-date with global financial regulations and tax laws.

Accounts Receivable: Tracking, recording and reporting of receipts from customers, reconcile accounts and responding to customer questions

Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
What you’ve done:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related commerce field.
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or ITES industry.
- Strong experience with MS D365 or other ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any similar ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and data analysis.
