Today, this means building a best-in-class platform that provides creators with monetization opportunities and content development tools to drive long term growth and performance outcomes for our advertising partners. 

As a Senior Account Manager on our Advertiser team you will be at the crux of our growth efforts as we continue to scale sources of demand for our creator platform. You will work cross functionally with professionals across Liftoff to expand our advertiser base and help grow the number of Liftoff clients benefiting from Influence services. You will partner closely with clients and act as the connective tissue between our campaign implementation and our clients needs. You will use a surplus of data to strategically identify, onboard, and build relationships with our next wave of advertising partners.

This role is eligible for remote work in the following states:

  • California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon,  Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, and Washington

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional sales & creative teams to build a strong pipeline and manage the full campaign execution pipeline from pitching to successful campaign implementation 
  • Become highly knowledgeable about our product, clearly articulate our value prop, and be able to explain the key differences between traditional influencer marketing and our solution 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as a liaison between them and the internal teams to ensure their needs are met
  • Successfully manage a book of business, including client retention and upselling opportunities, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Project manage across internal teams, ensuring that campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently, with regular check-ins to ensure that projects are on track and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of UGC and creator economy trends in order to successfully sell and onboard performance advertisers 
  • Create pitch materials, lead pricing negotiations, close deals, drive successful implementation, and developing business cases using research and analysis
  • Drive programs and initiatives to improve advertiser engagement and business outcomes
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Liftoff’s underlying technology, products, and services
  • Use internal BI and analytical tools to drive business decisions and process improvements

 

Key Requirements:

  • You will need to be a persuasive closer with a high degree of emotional intelligence, scrappy sales skills, and an eye for opportunity
  • Grit; able to embrace challenges and willing to work hard in a fast paced-environment to achieve goals 
  • 6+ years of a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and driving new business growth
  • Experience, fluency, and knowledge within the mobile ad tech ecosystem and creator economy 
  • Detailed understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and a methodical approach to getting opportunities across the finish line
  • A quick learner with a data-driven mindset who can harness available data to drive client retention and growth
  • Highly analytical and comfortable performing analysis market trends and business data to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, writing, negotiation, presentation, and time management skills
 
Liftoff's compensation strategy includes competitive market rate along with equity and benefits and perks that will give our employees what they need to do their best work.  In order to ensure teams are compensated fairly for the work performed, we map out specific levels and take into consideration the cost of labor within each location.The minimum base pay for this position in the US depends on the location and falls in the following zones:
 
  • SF Bay Area, New York City, Los Angeles, Orange County: $99,000
  • Seattle/Olympia, Austin, Boston, San Diego, Santa Barbara: $89,100
  • All other cities in our approved to hire states: $84,150
