Job Description:
- Minimum 5+ years work experience as Database Administrator in MSSQL DBA support and worked in any other RDBMS platform such as Azure, Mysql, Sybase, Postgres.(Secondary Skill)
- Working experience in Cloud databases (Azure/ AWS/ GCP SQL and Oracle databases in PaaS/ IaaS and migration of databases from on-prem to Azure, configure HA/ DR solutions in Azure.
- Sound knowledge of DB server architecture and concepts
- Experience in DB installation, upgrade, migration, patching, and other maintenance/ optimization tasks.
- Should have experience in basic troubleshooting DB performance issues.
- Should have hands-on experience in setup, configuration , troubleshooting DB HA/ DR technologies(Always-On, Failover cluster, Log shipping, Replication)

- Working experience in Azure SQL databases in PaaS/ IaaS and migration of databases from on-prem to Azure, configure HA/ DR solutions in Azure.
- Experience in scripting languages PowerShell, and Automation tools like Ansible is added advantage.
