The Sportsbook Support Agent is responsible for the settlement and control of all pre-match offered sport events, long term bets and special bets, and is also providing support for our Tipico shops based in Germany via the betting hotline.
Your playing field
- Settlement of all offered sport events, long term bets, special bets.
- Controlling automatically settled bets from 3rd party providers, preventing errors and wrong evaluations
- Marking postponed/cancelled matches and providing links
- Sending notification mails for postponed or cancelled matches and for palpable errors or errors by 3rd party providers.
- Providing shop support via the betting hotline
- Ensuring that all starting times of offered events are corrected and adjusted accordingly
- Managing CRM requests
