Sponsorship Manager

Let’s Start with the Role

We are seeking the newest member of our ever-growing marketing team! This role will lead the sponsorships team and will be responsible for the management of our sponsorships and the maximization of our brand’s visibility via these partnerships, contributing to the Marketing & Communications strategy implementation for the Stoiximan brand in Greece and Cyprus.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that aligns with the company's marketing and business objectives;
• Lead the sponsorships team for the execution of the annual plan and all the necessary daily operations;
• Identify potential sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential sponsorship partners, ensuring mutual benefits;
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsored partners;
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements, including terms, deliverables, and financial arrangements, to secure favorable deals for the company;
• Ensure that all sponsorship activities are consistent with the brand's image and values, enhancing brand equity;
• Maximize the brand's exposure via our sponsored assets;
• Track and report on the performance of sponsorship activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, particularly those specific to the betting industry;
• Develop innovative approaches to sponsorships to differentiate the brand and create memorable audience experiences.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years previous experience in a related position;
• Previous experience with a major club would be an advantage;
• Previous experience in the betting industry would be an advantage;
• Previous experience in team leadership;
• Great communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders;
• Previous experience with contracts;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English.
