We are looking for a Specialist, Wonoloer Retention & Engagement to work with Wonolo’s Service Innovation and Enablement team. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Service Innovation and Enablement team.
In this role, you will conduct friendly and professional customer outreach to Wonoloers, prioritizing long-term workers. You will launch campaigns, conduct calls, share surveys, manage worker attendance, and more. You will pilot new ops programs while assisting internal stakeholders with urgent requests. Attention to detail and flexibility are crucial qualities for this role. You will communicate with Wonoloers over email, SMS, and phone. Candidates, therefore, must have strong communication skills to address all questions and confirm what is needed, while speaking accurately and efficiently.
The Wonoloer Retention & Engagement team manages a range of initiatives designed to improve Wonolo’s ability to identify, onboard, and retain quality job seekers interested in consistent & reliable work.

What you'll do:
- Execute operational tasks that support Wonolo’s strategic objectives, including Wonoloer outreach, long-term job sourcing, ongoing worker attendance monitoring, and more.
- Assist internal stakeholders by creating fill-rate campaigns, job push comms, smartcards, and other user outreach.
- Review Wonoloer performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement, enhance productivity, and support professional growth.
- Review Wonoloer feedback to propose ways to improve job satisfaction and work environments, in order to drive long-term job retention.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance to meet quality standards.
- Be proactive in calling out trends and providing feedback on customer pain points, product feature gaps, and internal system challenges to help Wonolo improve the Customer and Wonoloer’s experience
- Meet productivity targets and defined timelines to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Become an expert with Jira, our intake tool for internal ops requests, and drive improvements to our SLAs with rapid execution.
- Promote strong team morale and conduct, including high engagement levels and schedule adherence.
