Team description:  

Regional Management Office team works closely with the sales department (Supply Team) to identify and optimize growth opportunities on hotel supply for Agoda. The team is responsible for sales performance and operational efficiency and managing initiatives to measure and implement changes. We collaborate with multiple departments and produce highly visible results backed up by data. Utilizing powerful tools and possessing an end-to-end view of how Agoda works, the Regional Management Office team offers a unique opportunity for anyone who thrives in challenging and fast-paced environments. 

Job description: 

As a Specialist for the Regional Management Office , you will play a crucial role in the success of Middle East region by ensuring accurate and up-to-date Beds network pricing and availability information for our hotel properties in Agoda system. You will work closely with the Supply team and partners to implement rate changes and updates in Agoda’s extranet in the most efficient and effective way. The role requires bringing solid project management and business acumen, coupled with a high level of operational savvy. Additionally, the capability to establish and develop long-term relationships with internal stakeholders is a key to the success of the role. This job requires driven personality with high level attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

In this role, you’ll get to: 

  • Act and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on their daily Beds network rates and availability needs
  • Apply quality assurance measures to minimize errors  
  • Identify processes to improve the Supply approach, identify key target list to increase conversion and improve competitiveness 
  • Collaborate with Supply teams on key projects driving real impact on the business using advanced analytical tools  

Skills required: 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret rate requests 
  • Strong business sense and excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Familiarity with revenue management concepts and pricing strategies 
  • Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure 
  • Good in English both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus 
  • Must be curious, proactive, practical and solution-oriented with “Get it done!” attitude 
  • Generate ideas to improve operations based on data and have an impact  
  • Able to work in a highly multi-cultural team 
  • Aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics
