About The Role:

We are seeking an operationally focused marketing professional to join our India team to help manage our day-to-day Marketing Operations work and processes. As a Marketing Operations Associate focused on Campaign Production, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Marketing Automation platform (Marketo) to promote good database hygiene. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Although the preferred location is Ahmedabad, this role may be performed fully remotely anywhere within India. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. 

As Our Marketing Operations Associate, You Will:

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns utilizing an integrated marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) platform to drive growth.
  • Support all aspects of process ownership & continuous process improvement for aligned Marketing Org.
  • Become a trusted subject matter expert on how to use and manage assets in the webinar management platform ON24.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all campaign assets to ensure an accurate and consistent flow of leads.
  • Ensure the timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars, processes, and program documentation to support marketing execution.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of universe list creation methodologies. Provide guidance and proactively recommend improvements for list-building efforts.
  • Proactively identify gaps and errors in workflow/processes and work towards improving those areas.
  • Optimize the database for targeted and personalized campaigns through auditing and improving persona mapping and lead-to-account matching
  • Monitor lead routing and collaborate with Revenue Operations to address routing errors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign execution, lead flows or any errors.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

  • Prior experience with any Marketing automation platforms (E.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.), a database management tool (Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool), and/or a webinar hosting platform (ON24, Webex, Adobe Connect, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity and innovation
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions
  • Strong problem solving/research skills with a high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with report building skills through any database management system will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirement

  • The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $8,000 ~ $14,000 USD. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
  • Although the preferred location is Ahmedabad, this role may be performed fully remotely anywhere within India. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC.
