About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist, Internal Operations and Billing!!! The Specialist, Internal Operations and Billing will manage the execution, billing, and operational tasks associated with Tubi served campaigns. The Specialist, Internal Operations and Billing focuses on ensuring accurate billing processes, reporting, data uploads, troubleshooting, and managing internal systems. This specialist will play a key role in month-end processes, data management, quality assurance, and process documentation, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns across various platforms and products. This role will report to the VP of Ad Operations, and also support the VP of Client Services.
What You'll Do:
- Manage month-end controls for Ad Operations Specialist, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Specifically, screenshots of third-party impressions tracking system, first-party impressions tracking system, and aggregate from Doubleverify for Publisher Suite (DVPS, formerly Adjuster)
- Prepare and submit month-end estimates for DIO, Programmatic, and OneFox platforms
- Upload month-end revenue data to CRM from campaign tracking softwares, ensuring timely and accurate data input
- Conduct deal quality assurance, reviewing line items targeting monthly in coordination with internal systems
- Monitor expiring audience segments in AdRise and manage segment pushes, working with key teams to ensure continuity
- Handle the upload of billing data into AOS and ensure that all financial information is reflected accurately
- Unlock past invoices in AOS for editing when necessary, maintaining control over billing corrections and adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues related to missing actuals in Tubi’s CRM, ensuring accurate reflection of financial revenue
- Oversee house and marketing campaigns within internal systems, ensuring they are set up and executed efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams on any product-related requests or modifications, including Comp Separation requests
- Perform rotational duties in Gaia (video approval queue) and utilize the DMP for monthly reporting on usage metrics
- Organize and consolidate existing Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) documents, ensuring they are filed in a central repository such as Confluence
- Coordinate with LiveRamp and TU teams for month-end billing, ensuring alignment with internal financial processes
Your Background:
- 2+ years of experience in advertising operations, billing, and financial reconciliation
- Proficiency with ad platforms, campaign management tools, and financial tracking systems (e.g., SalesForce, Proprietary Adserver, Order Management Systems and various third-party ad servers for reporting)
- Strong understanding of digital ad operations, financial tracking, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in excel and/google sheets. SQL skills are a bonus but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, or related field
