As a Specialist, Global Digital Advertising at Achievers, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand's presence and helping drive our lead generation efforts across key global markets, including North America, APAC, and EMEA.
Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with our global marketing objectives. Focus on scalable campaigns that target specific regions according to their unique market dynamics.

Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns, ultimately responsible for retiring a target of MQLs, New Initial Meetings, and pipeline generated from these activities. Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ROI.

Cross-Regional Coordination: Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are localized and relevant, maximizing engagement and conversion across diverse markets.

Budget Management: Help manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient spend across platforms and regions.

Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, especially those specific to the North America, APAC, and EMEA regions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with a broad spectrum of teams—spanning marketing functions such as brand & content, design, and SEO, to data analytics and sales.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google, Bing) / paid social (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.) / display. Come to the interview prepared to talk about what you did to improve KPIs
- Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce – this is the heart of our stack!
- In-depth knowledge of how to integrate paid search, social, and referral strategies with other marketing channels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and segmentation approaches
- Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a true partnership approach to working
- Need to be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who is energized by growth
- Ability to communicate success against key engagement and sales conversion metrics
