Position : Specialist, General Administration

 What will you do?  

• Reception services, and visitor management
• Employees/business travelers access and ticket request fulfillment
• Inbound and outbound mails services
• Office seat plan upkeep, and office move support
• 3rd party vendor services and contract management
• ad hoc support to WMB project, and or by assignment

Essential Qualifications: 

• 4 years in office management, general affair, and or facilities management
• Basic English ability
