Specialist 6, ODM Operations Management

• Identify potential 3rd party ODMs who has capable to design and build the Storage/Electronic Products with Cost Competitive Advantage
• Work with Flash Product Management team to perform benchmarking analysis on both In-house Make vs 3rd party Buy portfolio
• Maintain and Define a clear list of portfolio gaps and coordinate with procurement and engineering to ensure robust bids from 3rd parties on all gaps
• Qualify and Manage ODM performance to design and produce right products for the portfolio gap closure  

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree in fields like engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Solid Knowledge and Experience in 3rd party manufacturing, ODM/JDM management (Consumer / Storage Product is preferrable)
• Familiar with Product Manufacturing Processes in Flash Storage Products and able to drive for both Yield and OTD performance

COMPETENCE:
The successful candidate should be equipped with strong product knowledge in Flash Storage Devices and also influencing skills to drive for business results. Able to create and manage the relationships with 3rd party manufacturers, including negotiation and performance monitoring. Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or problem statements and drive for processes improvement.
