As a Service Desk Systems in our team, you will:
- Ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers
- Install, main and support our LAN, MAN and WAN networks
- Maintain and support security devices as firewalls and proxies
- Ensure the security of our private networks.
Requirements
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in Spanish and fluent in English
- Have advanced level on switches and routers configuration
- Have Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
It will be a plus if you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
