Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our ride-sharing platform.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve service targets and improve customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training to grasp product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements
