This position requires relocation to Greece. Some positions are remote, but inside Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to online products and order processes.
  • Resolve issues and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the online shopping platform and its functionalities.
  • Accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the existing CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and address customer feedback.
  • Engage in regular training and development sessions to keep up with the latest product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
