Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with corporate clients.
• Ability to understand and address complex customer needs.
