Spanish Campaign Specialist - E-Commerce

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a Campaign Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign set up and preparation
  • Talk with the campaign manager
  • Visual and material coordination by talking with other departments like designers
  • Campaign page set up
  • Help the sellers to register and prepare all the campaigns
  • Daily visual collection
  • Banner set up
  • Quality review for the image and video content to the sellers

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong academic record with a bachelor degree or above
  • Has more than 1 year of full-time/internship experience in ecommerce or online business operation.
  • Mandatory: 1 year experience in ecommerce
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
  • Proficient command of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Spanish: C2 level
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • This is a Hybrid position in Madrid (Monday to Thursday work from office and Friday work from home) so candidates must be located in Madrid area.

Benefits

  • 38,5h per week, Monday to Friday, permanent contract
  • Salary: 19,744€ gross/year + up to 2,962€ gross/year in bonus
