As part of the EUSPA, Support to the EU space programmes Ground Segment deployment and maintenance services activities with the following responsibilities:
- Follow-up the ground segment deployment activities of new system release/evolution
- Support to operations from anomalies root cause investigation to validation;
- Review of the classification of observation reports, the maintenance reports, and anomalies in view of the preparation of the anomaly review board;
- Definition of criticality/urgency for anomaly resolution, setting adequate priorities and ensuring and monitoring the timely management by industry of anomalies and non-conformance reports;
- Contribution to the analysis of anomalies raised by the service operator and participate to the relevant ARB/NRB for aspects related to ground segment;
- Participation to the ground segment reviews and CCB relevant to the tasks under her/his responsibility;
- Review the operational validation strategy and outcome
- Review of the relevant KPIs and deliverables, and propose actions and improvements to address issues and opportunities.
- Review of the technical documentation for the space segment level activities and ensure consistency with system level documentation
- Support operations from anomalies root cause investigation to validation (from cradle to grave);
- Review of the classification of observation reports, the maintenance reports, and anomalies in view of the preparation of the anomaly review board;
- Definition criticality/urgency for anomaly resolution, setting adequate priorities and ensuring and monitoring the timely management by industry of anomalies and non-conformance reports;
- Contribution to the analysis of anomalies raised by the service operator and participate to the relevant ARB/NRB for aspects related to space segment;
- Participation to the space segment reviews and CCB relevant to the tasks under her/his responsibility;
- Assessment of the impact of the Segment maintenance activities and its evolutions on Segment qualification status;
- Follow-up of the preparation and conduction of LEOP and IOT;
- Review of the relevant KPIs and deliverables, and propose actions and improvements to address issues and opportunities.
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Master’s in aerospace engineering or a relevant discipline;
- 4 years of experience in satellite ground segment;
- Experience is Galileo is a big advantage;
- Customer focus mentality;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
