Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766-bedroom units award-winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 2,600 m2 House of Events, and a wide range of sports, such as the "Mouratoglou Tennis Center", Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor, and many more.
We are seeking for a dedicated and attentive Spa Attendant to join our team at Costa Navarino. The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Job Activities - Operations
1. Thoroughly clean all assigned areas within prescribed standards guidelines.
2. Maintain the inventory of all items placed in the Spa.
3. Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels.
4. Deliver linen and other items as needed.
5. Report any ‘’lost and found’’ items to the Spa Assistants/Director immediately, listing the item and the area it was found.
6. Keep all areas of the Spa including storage areas clean and organized.
7. Responsible for the monthly linen and towel inventory.
8. Report and damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to the Spa Supervisor.
9. Help ensure facility is only accessed by actual guests and that it is safe and secure at all times.
10. Properly and safely use authorized cleaning agents.
11. Communicate, verbally and in writing, with other departments, employees and guests.
12. Assist in maintaining chemical supply inventory levels.
13. Bring all dirty laundry and rags to the laundry room.
14. Complete maintenance work orders and deliver to designated area in a timely manner to report problems with treatment rooms or spa grounds.
15. Assist guests with questions or requests.
16. Have a thorough knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and be able to execute them when necessary.
17. Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.
