The newly-created STAR function at Wolt will play an exciting part in reimagining the role of Talent Acquisition, as we design TA chapter 2.0. We are scaling & driving sophistication in our org design, in order to future-proof Wolt, proactively raising the talent bar as we embark on a continued journey of accelerated growth.
The STAR team name is not just a fun acronym intended to sound catchy - it is due to our genuine goal of hiring the most awesome sourcers and researchers in the world, who know that attraction of top talent requires a whole ton more than basic InMail outreach. The STAR team won’t merely pipeline-build on behalf of recruiters, in response to immediate open hiring.
Instead you will conduct deep, proactive research into global talent availability, bring market insights, be aware of competitor activity, understand local and international working conditions/comp & benefits, investigate diverse talent pools and more. You will inform the long-term talent attraction strategy at Wolt, bringing intricate data & insights that support the location selection of future talent hubs, while guiding geo expansion.
Whether you are sourcing for entry level or executive talent, you will bring a scientific
approach to talent identification, adopt a high-touch approach, carefully headhunting talent and offering an outstanding candidate experience, considering each and every candidate as a first class citizen.
