MAIN DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
Workforce attraction and engagement in the hiring process is the first of many stages of the application and qualification process for AI Data Services operations roles. For this reason, the Sourcing Lead for AI Services owns the development, implementation, and maximization of the sourcing strategies and market-specific research that will enable and support the high-scale recruitment demand for all AI Data services at Welocalize.
This role implies leading an international team of sourcing specialists, providing ongoing support, feedback, and growth, always looking for areas for improvement in each market, and using reporting and data to drive growth. The Sourcing Lead will be also responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients about top-of-the-funnel reporting, analytics, and forecasting of targets versus actual status.
The Sourcing function plays a key role in the success of AI Data services operations by getting the workforce needed in a timely manner ensuring AI Services have access to the right talent at the right time, and enabling them to effectively develop, deploy, and maintain our AI-driven solutions and meet our business needs.
MAIN DUTIES
- Manage and lead all aspects of our sourcing strategy for AI data services.
- Conduct market research to identify sourcing opportunities and communicate back to internal stakeholders to contribute to the identification of - capacity targets.
- Leverage marketing analytics to understand current market trends, identify potential areas for expansion, and develop strategies to achieve company sourcing objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with company objectives.
- Develop and manage an international high-performing sourcing team, setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement daily priorities and objectives for the sourcing team, aligned with the hiring targets and levels of confidence.
- Proactively communicating with Talent Acquisition and Operations stakeholders regarding targets vs actual hires in a structured and data-oriented approach.
- Continuously review and improve sourcing processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and continuously use marketing analytics to boost sourcing strategies and define levels of confidence in meeting hiring targets.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve cost-per-applicant and cost-per-hire analytics across roles and locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience. A master's degree would be a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a sourcing lead in large-volume recruitment industries.
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and its application to sourcing strategies.
- High levels of creativity and proactivity to drive innovative solutions Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in relevant sourcing and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
