What does this role involve:
You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions with your team
You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and specific job requirements
You will manage and coordinate the work of Sourcing Team
You will conduct thorough market research to understand talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes
You will utilize various sourcing tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates
You will maintain and update the talent database and applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information
You will build and maintain relationships with potential candidates by engaging with them through various communication channels
You will provide regular reports and updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on sourcing progress and challenges
You will stay updated on latest sourcing techniques, tools and best practices by attending industry events and networking
You will collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to continuously improve the recruitment process

This is the right job for you, if
You have min 5 years of experience in sourcing or similar TA role (including leading the team)
You have experience in team management and stakeholder management
You have an excellent understanding of IT, operations and corporate functions recruitment processes
You are highly skilled in identifying and attracting the best candidates at the local, regional and international scale using your talent network and innovative sourcing techniques (boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, OSINT)
You are passionate about sourcing and have outstanding knowledge of candidates sourcing and selection methods
You have outstanding analytical and data-driven thinking
You are goal oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
You are self-driven and with a high ownership attitude
You are fluent in Polish and English
