About the Sourcing Manager - Real Estate and Facility Management

Statkraft is looking for a Sourcing Manager to be a part of our Sourcing Corporate team who will be responsible for the area Real Estate and Facility Management (RE&FM). The Sourcing Manager plays a key role in defining a good and efficient process across the value chain. The person interested in this role must have a broad experience and competence within procurement of RE&FM services. You need to be commercially inclined, analytical and structured, and have excellent communication skills towards senior internal stakeholders and our strategic suppliers. You'll work in several exciting projects within:

  • RE&FM, that includes strategic initiatives and improvements
  • Strategic location management of our offices  
  • Operations & maintenance of existing buildings & facilities
  • Service contract management
  • Future workplace solutions

Purpose of this role:

As Sourcing Manager you will play a vital role to help our highly experienced facility team to align RE&FM strategy with corporate strategy and ensure compliance with the Statkraft Way of Procurement. With deliverables stretching across locations and organizational units, your ability to collaborate cross-functional will be instrumental in achieving our objectives. To provide exceptional customer service it is key to understand the stakeholders and their needs, to operate processes to the required standard, and to encourage best practice solutions across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the RE&FM team and other internal stakeholders to deliver on strategic initiatives and operational activities in alignment with the Statkraft Way of Procurement
  • Proactive planning of short- and long-term sourcing needs in line with RE&FM strategies
  • Review existing Framework Agreements & Service Level Agreements within RE&FM and extend, terminate or facilitate a new tendering process as required
  • Manage (Lead) sourcing initiatives through all steps of the procurement process, from sourcing strategies to negotiation and contracting
  • Manage the RE&FM portfolio, develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, execute terminations, amendments and renewals
  • Develop a knowledge transfer program to build in-house RE&FM procurement capabilities
  • Develop KPI’s to measure the performance of procurement activities within RE & FM
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required for this role, along with strong written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Preferred knowledge of digital tools & systems - MS Office, SAP, Jaggaer
  • General IT & financial skills to analyze spend and give the business a sound reporting base
  • Capable of working in a matrix environment
  • Analytical and structured, and open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies
  • Customer relations skills with a passion for customer service.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Preferably 5+ years’ experience within Real Estate and Facility Management sourcing
