We are a growing global start-up company and we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and participate in recruiting, HR and employee well being activities that will allow you to learn, gain more experience and expand your skills set. You will play a critical role in our company's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.

What you will do
- Lead the recruitment process for multiple positions with an emphasis on ramping up our pipelines using sourcing techniques in social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Assess the candidate's qualifications to match the position requirements, including screening resumes, phone interviews, etc.
- Be responsible for our recruiting campaign efforts on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Working with recruitment agencies and headhunters.
- Engage talent and create an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Support new employees' onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with the HR team in creating employee well being activities.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a Hi-Tech company (experience in a startup company is a huge advantage).
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting through social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter) & proven experience in direct sourcing techniques.
- Experience in other HR admin & Wellness tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
- Resourceful, detail oriented, proactive, and eager to achieve aggressive goals.
- People person with amazing communication skills, creative and independent.
- A "get things done" approach.
