The Team
This role sits within a team of 5 individuals, focussed on accelerating growth from key product lines in EMEA. The team is a critical revenue driver, complementing the customer-driven approach of the sales team with a product-driven approach, seeking to maximise penetration of our big product bets across existing customers and new prospects.
The Role
This role sits within Identity Fraud EMEA, with a focus across our KYB (Know Your Business) product and although a sole contributor position, you will be expected to form strong and productive relationships with stakeholders, matrix manage the sales process through our sales teams and throughout the region, and with customers.
What you will do
- Be responsible for growing the revenue GBG generates from our KYB propositions across all customers and prospects in EMEA
- Work with commercial teams at GBG to ensure they are maximising the GBG Detected product opportunity with new and existing customers
- Become an internal expert in KYB, supporting our internal teams to help customers solve their KYB problems
- Support sales management to ensure revenue opportunities are identified, qualified and delivered – influencing internal teams and being a driving force that stimulates activity and delivers results
- Work closely with all go-to-market teams to support the sales cycle, e.g. attending client meetings, supporting deal closing activities, providing coaching for ongoing development, supporting Marketing campaigns, participating in Enablement activities
- Be a radar for market insight, building knowledge and developing an internal and external reputation for expertise in KYB
- Work collaboratively with our Product teams to ensure client challenges are addressed through our Product Roadmap and we maintain differentiation
What we're looking for
- Experience working in go-to-market functions for B2B technology – delivering solutions to customer problems, ideally with experience selling or supporting KYB products
- Strong people and influencing skills, with an ability to quickly establish relationships
- Drive and hunger to exceed expectations, this will be demonstrated by a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism and able to engage stakeholders of different seniorities
- Responsive, friendly and thoughtful in communications; effective in communicating ideas and information, both written and verbally
- Someone who will consistently demonstrate a passion for GBG’s core values and with a good sense of humour!
