What you'll be doing:
We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer who will:
- Support the technical delivery, launch and enablement of ID&F products as part of the ESS global delivery engineering team.
- Provide engineering and automation consultancy to regions, acting as a technical ID&F product expert in the operational and support space
- Deliver SaaS and on-prem solutions with a focus on cloud services, deployment and management
- Provide subject matter support to troubleshoot complex product issues and drives resolution of regional or client incidents whilst implementing and expanding on existing monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure proactive actions can be taken and repeat problems do not occur.
- Support complex projects in region, providing guidance to regional stakeholders, clients and delivery/support teams in relations to product launches, migrations, feature/functionality enablement and automation adoption.
- Improve the client experience through understanding of customer product needs, challenges and issues, providing constant feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the IDF products.
What you'll bring:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to shape and drive issue resolution through critical thinking, with proven client facing written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in delivering complex client implementations both for SaaS and on-prem solutions with the ability to comprehend detailed project specifications.
- Knowledgable in relation to cloud services, deployment and management (AWS/Azure scaling, tuning, maintenance) and experienced in DevOps practices and CI/CD integrations (Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform) as well as monitoring and alerting solutions (DynaTrace/Splunk)
- This role is a global role interacting with multiple levels of the organization across multiple time zones so therefore an ability to build lasting relationships and navigate across a complex matrix org is required.
- Skilled in the usage of API test tools such as Bruno, Postman and SOAP UI with and understanding of XML, JSON, XSLT and Swagger desirable.
